Had a such great stay for 1 night. The rooms were cheap and updated for fans, really enjoyed it. Remote location of this small hotel was a bonus. Moreover, it was 3 km from Stokenchurch bt Tower. Great restaurant provided homemade dishes;)))

The food was excellent, and the staff were very relaxed and helpful, and were able to give us an extremely late check out (much better than we had hoped for). The shower was also amazing.
We had a room right by the front door- it was a warm room so we left the window open, which meant we were occasionally disturbed by the sound of people standing outside having a chat. The window was also right next to the bed so I was a little uncomfortable sleeping directly next to an open window at ground level next to the entrance.

The hotel was a comfortable base for exploring High Wycombe. the property's staff, especially the receptionist, were efficient and attentive. - the breakfast was generous and the food was tasty. - the hotel's location in a remote area close to shops, pubs, eateries, and wildlife makes it highly recommended for a one-night stay.

Convenience
Room 6 is like a broom cupboard and is no way "Luxury" as described on your website. Felt like a young offenders institute.

Tasty breakfast with huge portions and yummy croissants, which we really enjoyed. the location of this place is isolated and peaceful, surrounded by lush woods 🌳.

Having entered the dining room at 8p.m. as agreed on checking in we ordered a starter of soup and sometime later were told it was all gone we reordered. The main course did not arrive until 9,40 and we were ignored when we asked for coffee at 10.45. Food fine but too long to wait.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were fantastic! We were there for a wedding and it was a beautiful venue.
Unfortunately, didn't have a great start - due to the hotel greeter commenting inappropriately on our wedding atire! However, the other staff at the hotel and in the bar/restaurant were very welcoming and friendly.

The location is fantastic, close to Pishill, with affordable clean rooms equipped with bathrooms and a double bed, and convenient access to the car park.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We had to ask for another mug for the tea on arrival as there was only 1 in the double bedroom. The ceiling lights in the room did not work. Lacking on toiletries in the bathroom - only one bar of soap and bottle of conditioner (no shampoo!) No heating in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and never again. we complained at 12.15pm about the noise coming from a fan underneath the room and were told there was nothing they could do.The fan went on and off approx every 5 minutes and we did not get a wink of sleep. We would have left in the night but we had a business meeting at 9am the next morning.one of the pillowcases had make up on it and their was no heating on in the room .We have complained to fox country hotel by e mail as requested by the receptionist who said she wasnt able to help us.As of today which is 4 days later we have not had any response. We stayed in room 12 please dont make the same mistake as we did.I Deffinately would not recommend this room
